【个人简介】

邢克宇,2022年获南昌大学工学博士学位,江西省优秀博士学位论文获得者。2022年6月至今,长沙理工大学讲师、硕士生导师,长沙理工大学优秀研究生导师团队成员。主要从事食品安全快速检测和食品生物技术研究。主持省厅级科研项目3项,参与国家级科研项目2项。发表SCI论文35篇(以第一或通讯作者在Anal. Chem.、Chem. Eng. J.、TrAC-Trend. Anal. Chem.、Food Chem.、Food Control等期刊发表SCI论文15篇),申请/授权国家发明专利5件,指导学生获全国大学生生命科学竞赛国家三等奖2次。

2.《生化分离技术》(硕士留学生);

3.《食品安全检测综合实验》、《食品安全检测新技术》(本科生)。
